| Sep 1983 | Established as Digital Net Co., Ltd. in Nakano-ku, Tokyo, with a capital of JPY 1 million. |

| Jan 2008 | “Chakkari Kintakun” received the Best Breakthrough Award at the ASP/SaaS/ICT Outsourcing Award 2007/2008. |

| Feb 2009 | “Chakkari Kintakun” received the Best Collaboration Award at the ASP/SaaS/ICT Outsourcing Award 2009. |
| Feb 2010 | “Chakkari Kintakun” received the Grand Prize (Core Business Application Category) at the ASP/SaaS/ICT Outsourcing Award 2010. |
| Jun 2011 | “Chakkari Kintakun” received the Global Expansion Award at the ASP/SaaS/ICT Outsourcing Award 2011. |
| Jul 2011 | Established an overseas subsidiary, AIS Maritime Solution Singapore Pte. Ltd., in Singapore. |
